Pros: Very inspiring, positive, compassionate and caring stories of rescued cats and the wonderful sanctuary where they live
THE CATS OF KITTYVILLE is a beautiful book that can be read and looked at over and over by all ages but the youngest kids. It is positive, compassionate, caring, and inspirational in its stories of some of the very fortunate cats who have had the good luck to find their way to Best Friends Animal Society in the beautiful redrock country of Kanab, Utah, where they are given the very best of loving care. Those who are adopted into loving permanent homes find their families; some who are not live their lives at Best Friends, and having visited the sanctuary, I can personally testify to the fact that there is probably no other place on earth as wonderful as this magical place, located in SW Utah in the midst of several world-famous national parks reminiscent of the more famous Grand Canyon. Don't miss this book; and you'll probably want to buy copies for friends and family as well. There are countless reasons why Best Friends is a beacon for those who care about cats (and other living beings) -- people come from all over the world to visit, volunteer, and learn how to set up their own sanctuaries. Instead of focusing on sorrow and sadness, Best Friends leads the way in showing us all that we CAN achieve our goal: to Save Them All.
