Pros: Cats liked it, easy to find in pet stores
Cons: It's dry food and it's expensive
OK. I don't feed dry on a regular basis and I never will. However, life sometimes throws us a curve ball and sometimes it just isn't possible to feed wet or raw food so a pinch hitter has to be called in to cover. If I go out of town and the automatic feeders have to come out, I reach for NVI LID turkey. It's much better than what you'll find in the grocery store and better than a lot of the other brands that the big box pet stores carry. My cats love turkey so they readily ate it. I like the fact that it's grain free and LID. It's pricey but not insane like some of the other upper end brands. I also like the fact that there are coupons available fairly regularly and NVI is good about giving you one if there aren't any. This is a dry food I can give the kids without feeling like a mom who lets her kids live on cocoa puffs. It's also good to use as treats in place of Temptations, Party Mix, etc..
