Pros: Material is soft, durable and doesn't shed.
We bought this tree (and another Armarkat tree) in April of 2009. Ours is leopard spots, not beige, but it looks like that is the only difference. This tree was purchased to put in an enclosure for 7 young, feral cats, so you can imagine the use this tree has seen. It is still going strong and the cats still enjoy it. The posts for the 3 beds need tightening regularly, but that's true with any cat tree that sees a lot of use. The tree is in a corner and attached to two walls which helps with stability. The fabric is soft and, unlike carpet, the cats don't like to scratch it, so it still looks good.
