Pros: Sturdy, doesn't wobble much
Cons: Default configuration doesn't have much space for bigger cats
This is a huge tree. It is also deceptively simple to install by one person, although the stairs may take a bit of creative wrangling to get them into place.
It doesn't wobble much. My cat uses it as a launching pad to get on to the windowsill to pounce at birds and squirrels, so the tree has seen some rough tumbling. It's still sturdy after a year, and I didn't have to do anything more than periodically tightening the pillars. The walkable areas are made of soft faux fur material, which feels very luxurious, and given how much my cat likes laying on one of them, I'd say he likes those too.
The downside is that the default configuration can feel rather cramped for a bigger cat. My 15lb cat likes to sleep on the perches, but his body doesn't fit wholly on the perches. Some cats may not mind it (clearly mine doesn't), but some may find it uncomfortable. I also ended up having to remove one of the three perches to make another flat space area where he can lounge, otherwise it seems to block access to the higher perches.
He uses it often enough that I definitely got my money's worth.
