This sounds a lot like how this whole thing started with my kitty Zeesa... she's 7 and has developed Hepatic Lipidosis from not eating. It's good that you are going to the vet right away, because you'll be able to nip whatever it is in the bud. Good luck, sending you lot's of love and hugs...

She's been on the Reglan since Thursday, but she's been struggling with pooping for a while. She strains and then makes one or two tiny little little hard ones... just another thing for me to worry about. Thanks for all your advice... I'll ask him about the pumpkin tomorrow.

Well... turns out Zeesa's bloodwork is taking steps in the right direction... her bilirubin went down and the doctor is really optimistic so that makes me feel much better. He gave her an anti-nausea med, and so far after two feedings today she's held it down. I feel so so so much more...
