Little bit of an update.. her breathing is just as fast as it was but now they are deeper breaths, not shallow like they have been for over 24 hours. Could this mean she is finally transitioning out of stage 1?

I just hate the waiting.. she has really kept me confused and guessing the last week

Well her belly looked like it dropped about a week ago. Since last night around 8pm her breathing rate has drastically increased. Today she has spent all day between her birthing box and my lap still breathing shallow and fast. Shes been licking her tummy alot but not her lady parts so much yet...

I dont.. she went in to get spayed 4 weeks ago, thats how we found out she was preggers and didnt have the heart to terminate. It just seems like her labor is starting and stopping. Im so confused lol. I have been able to feel the kittens for almost 3 weeks and have been able to see them move...

Winter has that too! For about 2-3 days now. Shes just going back and forth between her box and me all day. I wouldnt call it panting.. but she is breathing alot faster than normal. I also posted a thread on here a little bit ago. Was worried her labor wasnt progressing. Might be a long night...

I also have to add that she is still eating and drinking. Not eating as much as usual tho. Im just really worried shes not progressing.
