Mine get 3oz wet food in the morning mixed with water, a random treat around 2-3pm, and 1/4 cup dry food at night. And they have a water fountain.

I would recommend against only feeding Tuna flavors or that may end up all she likes. :) Have you considered trying other flavors in the fancy feast? My kitties loove when i take a friskies pate or fancy feast classics and moosh it up with a tiny bit of water. And there are a lot of flavors. :)

Since he does well on the natural balance, maybe try their limited ingredient wet food to start. :) My cats do mostly well on any cat food that doesn't have gravy in it, if I give them some for a treat, sometimes they don't respond well. Also you could start by giving him just a teeny bit one...
