Yeah the leaking only happens when he licks his prepuce/penis. It's not erect or anything, he just licks the prepuce and it leaks. And yes, the previous owners neutered him. The diapers would seem to only be a temporary fix though, right? Unless that somehow stopped his habit of leaking...

Oh, and he is eating normally and drinking as well.. so there really doesn't seem to be anything wrong other than his habit of licking and leaking.
