Thank you so much! He is the only one in the litter that developed that. I noticed when he was about 2 weeks old that the hair on his back is sticking up and i actually got more curious and day by day the hair around his cow lick grows in different direction and longer too compare to the rest...

Here he is now and his cowlick is getting more and more pronounnce! His rosettes too is getting more visible.

The top two new photos taken 11/Feb/2017 and he is around 5 months now. Look at his cowlick its getting bigger and very obvious and there's another one right at the back of the head and although it doesn't show on the picture he actually have another cowlick on his side.
