I am not knowledgeable on this subject whatsoever but are you sure the peeing and pooping are not a sign of something more serious? Meowing constantly could be a sign of another issue? I know they mask their illnesses well....i would have her checked for other problems. Bloodwork? None was...

I feed my cats Canadae but only because one of them has poultry and dairy allergies. They like it. I feed them Merrick canned food which gets good reviews and they like it too. Grain free of course. Hope this helps.

I rescued a cat that had been run over by a car. He always walked "a certain way" but it never bothered him....he just compensated. Is there a possibility that ur cat always walked this way but was not noticed until his recent injury? Just a thought. Good luck with your kitty.
