Ive seen elsewhere someone suggested using a coffee grinder on some dry food to encourage a cat to start eating wet. Don't know if this is possible in your circumstances?

I would also suggest getting the urine cultured if it hasn't been already. No point pumping him full of antibiotics if you don't know what infection if any your attacking.
