It sounds like his tummy was irritated by too many meds in a short space of time. I think the vet was wrong to prescribe antibiotics so soon and without giving dietary advice. Anti-biotics can cause diarrhea so does dry food as it tends to be too rich. Best...

If the kitten is 6 weeks or more you can give it wet kitten food preferably mixed with a little kitten/cat milk. If you don't have that available you could try wet cat food, or cooked meat eg. chicken, fish (without bones obviously) tuna.
Never give kittens or cats cows milk as they can't...
