    Litter Tracking

Thanks. Someone on my blog suggested putting the boxes inside of slightly larger cat boxes. She says this has eliminated tracking on her end. I think she only has one box though, so idk if it'll help on a large-scale level?

    Litter Tracking

How do you stop it?! I'm going nuts. I have eight cats, and the litter tracks everywhere. EVERYWHERE. It's really keeping my house from being clean, and it's driving me insane. I have to do a thorough cleaning every few days just to keep the place barely presentable. Also, best odor-absorbing...

Cats, a Dog, and Guinea Pigs?

Well, by cage, I meant the C&C cages - I read that a 2x5" is sort of the bare minimum for two pigs. I do agree, I think it's a shame they're kept in those awful pet store cages.

    Any Fellow Vegans?

Sorry I haven't posted here in awhile! I've been very busy, and also not feeling too well. I'm Bipolar, so, you know, sometimes are good, sometimes not, hence the inconsistency. =P Anyway, as to the concern about buying meat for cats. I am a VERY serious vegan. But I feed my cats homemade raw...

Rescued cat meowing at around 6 am

Four of my six cats do this. One in particular went through a phase where she would stare up at my bed and meow at me at 7 in the morning, even when she had food, water, clean litter, and everything. I'd try to pick her up, thinking she wanted attention, but then she'd run off. =P They all did...

to declaw or not to declaw?

Accurate. Glad OP was receptive to new info! I get so sad when I see declawed kitties.

Cat Trees are they the cats meow in your home?

I know this is really dark - it's my old place, not a lot of lighting there. I still need to reassemble it after moving. My cats really enjoy it, especially Noelle, who is PAINFULLY shy. She's a hider, but she feels comfortable on the higher levels because she can keep a lookout. I even deliver...

    Anyone with a Barn/Land in Massachusetts/New England?

I know a very, very sweet lady in southern Massachusetts who has been caring dutifully for a feral colony for about five years. Over the years, she has TNR'd and reduced the number to under 10. She is now going to have to move (I could call her landlady a number of terrible things, but I'll...

My 20 year old passed.. Feeling guilt

I am so sorry for your loss. You couldn't have known this was going to happen, and she was not alone when the time came. As the above posters have said - you had many wonderful years of loving her, and I'm sure she remembered that when the time came. Cherish those moments! Thinking of you at...

Cats, a Dog, and Guinea Pigs?

I'm thinking of adopting some guinea pigs. Anyone have any particular experience with that? I mean, I plan on securing the cage just in case, of course, but I dunno, I'm new to guinea pigs, so... any additional advice? Things I might not think of, but should?

Very Pet-Friendly Places in Columbus, OH?

Not having much luck yet, though I haven't dived TOO deep. I just had a huge fight with my current landlady though (she's the worst sort of person), and I just want out of here so badly. Part of me is considering lying about how many I have and going into a place with a two pet rule, but it...

Very Pet-Friendly Places in Columbus, OH?

Thanks guys! I appreciate it. I have been using general search engines, but I always come up with the traditional corporate-owned places that only allow two. I have found a few other places, but they were out of my price range/way too large (I don't need a two bed/two bath for just me! Imagine...
