Sounds like he's still playful! Since he's already neutered and in need of a good home it doesn't seem like a bad idea! Maybe your younger guy will make him feel young again, and he can pass down his kitty wisdom
Oh yeah! I've heard of that, classical music is amazing. I've heard playing it for plants actually makes them grow faster! It's no surprise that it would help calm a kitty since it's a proven relaxer for us humans
