After finally getting search to work i see many have the same problem!
i've bought some Cats Best Nature Gold to try as it gets decent reviews as well as seeming well suited to long hairs ( i have 2 maine coons and a wegie )
will report back if its any better!
Hi All,
i've been using Worlds Best Cat Litter for about 15 months now, initially the standard variety and now the multi cat variety ( i have 3 cats ) but i was hoping someone could recommend a good alternative?
i live in an apartment so having the convenience of something that flushes is a...
Loki is the Norse god of mischief! Appropriate as he was beating up cats twice his size when we went to pick him up!
Our second Fenrir ( Fenny ) was basically daddied by Loki since his arrival so it follows on as Fenrir was Loki's son in mythology!
Yuki is our latest addition and hes a pure...
My Maine Coon is like that as well!
it depends on his mood and yes...he snores in his sleep too
Hes perfectly healthy though.....it worried me at first but once i figured out the pattern i was happy enough!
Hi all,
about this time last year we got a Maine Coon boy and in March this year we got a Wegie to keep him company.
I work from home anyway but obviously its nice to have a pal and we thought this would be a good plan!
Now i think theres a lesson to be learnt here as we introduced them...
good read!
being relatively new to cat ownership i started using the garbage our first breeder fed their cats only to quickly realise 4% meat was a complete joke,
now everything is 75% meat ( the rest being water and rice ) and all the dry food is as good as it gets...
problem is its 4 - 10...
Cheers for the sound advice!
Heres a pic or 2 to keep you amused!
First one is Fenrir the Wegie, second is both Loki & Fenrir chillin' on the radiator bed!
Cheers guys,
the 7 month old is due to get fixed this week so i'll see if the vet has any pearls!
Then again...they'll probably just recommend Science Plan
Loki, the Maine Coon is getting quite big but i think its more breed than gorb lol
Hi all,
i have a Maine Coon ( 13 months ) and a Norwegian Forest Cat ( 7 months ) and was wondering if its ok to start giving them adult food soon?
currently i give them a mix of both adult and kitten, wet and dry but they're not that fond of the kitten stuff given its mainly available in...
I've ordered some orijen so hopefully it will help!
Its not that a vet wont do it...the breeder recommended waiting until he was 7 months before neutering so he grows his maximum size in the long run...
right / wrong?!
Cheers.
hmm...i thought the food i was feeding him *was* pretty simple...ie. one main ingredient with just water and no cereals...
maybe the dry food is the cuprit given the smell is the same regardless of the wet food used....i'll maybe try some orijen in the next batch
