Oreo really does not mind getting his teeth brushed. He sits on my lap, and with out much of a hastle, let me brush his teeth. I give him abit of wet food as a treat once we are done.
My kitty Oreo has the loudest motor I have ever heard. As soon he even senses that I might start petting him, or playing with him, his motor starts up - and man is he loud!
I started brushing Oreo's teeth just after I got him. I started with my finger, and then moved up the finger brush. I now brush his teeth with a baby toothbrush. It's funny, I think the only reason why he actually lets me do it, is because he knows he gets a treat after for being such a good...
My cat Oreo has the same thing. He was neutered about a month ago, but he had it before he was neutered. He's definitly not fat though, so I have no clue what the heck the deal is!
When I first got Oreo I gave the litterbox liners a try for a while. I eventually gave up on them because Oreo would end up tearing them so I would have to use a garbage bag anyways.
When I first got Oreo, he used to bat at my eyelashes. I would lay down to goto sleep, and they he would very gently, bat at my eyelashes. Luckily he grew out of that very quickly. Now he just curls up beside me and sleeps all night.
I used to use Litter liners, but I don't waste my money anymore. Oreo would scratch them so much, that they would be shreaded. So in the end there was no point in using liners.

Not yet...but he will being going in sometime in the next few weeks. I do know that cats generally gain some weight once they have been fixed, but I will just make sure he still stays active and stuff.
I have a question that might seem silly. I have a 5 month old male kitten that is quite active. I have noticed that as he is growing, his belly is still sagging. It is almost like he is fat, but when I feel his belly, it feels like it is only skin. Is this normal, or is he getting fat?
I live in a one bedroom basement apartment, and I keep mine behind my door in my bedrooom. I have a covered one, and I scoop it once a day. I have never had a problem with odor.
I try to brush Oreo's teeth at least every other day. He is pretty good and tolerates it - he does not cause much of a fuss at all. I think it is because he knows he gets a yummy treat after I'm done. I will do whatever possible to prevent him having to go in for a professional cleaning. I...
