Do you have a basement that your animals cannot go into? Or will the ASPCA or another humane society take her in? I work animal control in Indiana, and won't let any poor animal stay outside if I can find a remotely warm spot for them. I can't believe people let their animals stay outside...

I use FLint River Dry, and Wellness Canned, but no fish. It can cause kidney problems, and diahhrea too. Neither have Bi products. Change food gradually. Go with 1/4 of the new for 3 days, then 1/2 for 3 days, then 3/4 new for 3 days, then you should be ok, but back off if you start seeing...
