We’ve gotten too much snow this winter already. With my heavy snow boots I still can’t navigate, even through my neighborhood, and I’ve shoveled so much snow my hands are turning raw- even with mittens on. I’d much rather be in California right now.

Raine doesn’t have a high prey drive, but he does love his catnip mousies. He’ll paw them, pretend like they’re moving, paw, chase, paw, chase, and the routine goes ever on and on…

Wow- nice pic. Your cats are stunning. I actually fell for the big furry cushion and when I read it was your cat I almost collapsed of cuteness overload. 

Thanks. Yep- he loves to imitate the "big cats". He really has a larger-than-life personality and it makes me laugh every day.

That's a great question- it seems like only a few brands of canned food contain fish oil, and most of them are just fish-flavored. I'm pretty sure it's about the cost, because fish oil can be pricey.  Most cats that I've heard of like or love the flavor of chicken- good luck!

Thank you everyone for the welcomes and compliments. Raine is flattered- he can be quite the egotist. 

This is quite a late post but as the others said, it's good that you went with your intuition and turned down the adopter.  The dried up puke part made me (and Raine) wince. I am sure that this adorable cat will find a new adopter that will fit each and every need and want of hers.
