Most Ragdolls do tend to be big cats, but some are also smaller. The females are usually smaller than the males as well. Were either of her parents on the small side? As long as she is healthy and active I wouldn't worry too much.

I use this one too and it works very well. One of my cats likes to leap out of the box, so I still have some scattered litter. When they actually walk on the mat it works great!
I have a cat it fountain and love it so far. Its easy to take apart, clean, and put back together. I really like that it is so quiet, you wouldn't know its there until the water level is too low.
