This is when he was younger

Wondering what kind of cat sprinkles is. I found him when he was about 2 weeks old. For his 1st couple months he had long black tips on the tops of his ears. They have gone away now and he has tufts of fur that stick out from behind his ears. Hes only 7 months and weighs 15 pounds.... hes not...
