I've made it 2 or 3 times. It is very good once its made, but kind of gross sitting on the counter fermenting in a plastic bag. If you don't have 4 people to give it to, you can just bake a bunch of loaves yourself and freeze them. Yummy!

My older son, I nursed til he was 18 months, younger, 12 months old. They both just lost interest, so I didn't have to do any weaning. As far as getting breasts back goes, the only time I had them was when I was pregnant or nursing , However I don't miss them enough to have another kid.
