I use to put cayenne pepper around my door at an apartment cause all the stray cats I kept getting spraying my door and it seemed to work.

My cat is about 1.5 yrs old and she keeps getting fat lips? Not sure if she is allergic to her food or what. She is not sneezing or watery eyes and eats normally? Should I take her to the vet?
