I jsut spoke with the vet and she said the cause of the kittens death was an infection that Kitty some how obtained. It spread to the babies causing them to die. The vet said her insides were filled with pus but that she will be fine.

Well Kitty is alive and well. However all of the kitten's were premature and did not make it. Thank you all for your help .

Bad news guys. Kitty's first was stillborn and was stuck . I couldn't get her out so we took to her to an animal hospital where she is currently having a c-section and being spayed. The vet said she didn't hear any heartbeats but that doesn't mean there won't be one alive. I am just praying...

And I did , I have been keeping those that irritate her away. The one she likes is a mini pin and she enjoys cleaning him Lol.
