So the cat in the picture is shiddles. Let me think about how to phrase this. Her fur isn't as soft as a typical cat. It's almost like a thick cottony feel. When I brush her I'm not entirely convinced I'm getting the undercoat like I should. I am using a really stiff hand brush. Any suggestions...

So I never was a cat guy then my family rescued sissy. A Calico stray. She has done great and gotten much stronger and we agreed she needed a buddy and as it were, my birthday was right around the corner! So my wife, knowing I liked Persians, got me one! So we have sissy and shiddles!

I built mine. I recently got two kittens and decided buying prices were too crazy so I built a small (3-4ft) one for about 10$. I left idea spots for when they get older so I can build around it and mount this to a bigger piece. They love it so far
