We gave him medication against worms and his poo got lighter in colour. Now, if there's no change for the better, he's going to another vet for sure.

I'm from Mauritius. I used to give him rabbit terrine or chicken terrine. But this is not available in Mauritius anymore. I don't think it's his food. I personally think it has to do with worms. But there is a protrusion in his anus. This is what is making me wonder.
