I've asked all the vets in my area- that isn't many, as I live in a very rural area. Apparently they've been burned a lot, so they don't offer credit plans. I don't qualify for Care Credit, not do I have anything to sell to pay for it. I wouldn't even have internet if I didn't have my phone...
