She has no animals to be afraid of, so territory is out.
She does pee in her litterbox but 2-3 times a week she does it on the couch.
I sure hope it is not the leather, and will tell you all whatever the vet will say.

I have a female cat, who's less than a year old and neutered.
She has a habbit of peeing on the couch every couple of days.
Only me and the cat are in the house - no other cats, some guests sometimes.
She is now being checked at a vet, but I suspect this is behavioral...
