First baby has been born but passed away I think mum sat on it because it neck look like it's broken

Hi their I'm after some advice my cat is due any day now she has lost her mucus plug last night n looked like she was having contractions but today she has done nothing but sleep n lick her private area I'm worried her labour is stalled someone please help
