He’ll be going to the vet either Monday or Tuesday, I live in a small town and the vet isn’t there all the time so it’ll depend on that. He’s getting better each day and is climbing onto beds but has started jumping onto chairs.
He seems to be sensitive around his bum area and I don’t think he...
He’s learning to climb to compensate for not jumping and that seems to be fine, but my local vet is closed now so she said to just monitor him. They now only accept critical patients until Monday and the 24 hour clinic is over and hour and a half away which is to much of a journey for him.
He’s...
Update:
Spoken to the vet and they believe like me that maybe he's just had a bad fall and is now a little scared as he is still jumping on certain things but hesitates and won't do it if he tries again.
I've been told to monitor him and bring him in Monday as everything else like eating...
Hi guys, thanks for the replies, his shot was given in the back of his neck like normal. He doesn't seem to be sensitive anywhere and nothing feels swollen and he doesn't seem to be in any pain. I made a step for him to get onto my bed which after showing him how to use he is, this morning he...
So my cat is 3, just slightly overweight and has never been the best jumper, he is a purely inside cat. It is not unusual for him to struggle to get onto kitchen benches but he usually manages and has no problem with the bed or couch. The past few days I've noticed he has had trouble jumping...
unfortunately the mother ran off a little over a month ago. ive spoken to all my local pounds/vets and contacted the local ranger but she hasn't been found or come home.
Hi, all is really well. The 2 girls went to there forever homes and we ended up keeping the boys as we couldn't rehome them.
The boys have been microchipped and received there vaccinations and i'm currently saving to have them spayed. The first is Angus, the second is Roman. :)
i do comb them or try to but they don't really like it so I lay them down individually and pat them until there relaxed to comb them which doing five cats takes a good 3+ hours so I do it every second day
All babies are fine today and so is mum, all poo is also returning to normal so I think it was just the food and the change in food that they were consuming. :)
Thank you, I'm going to bath comb and then spray them repeatedly over a few weeks as soon as I get the spray, and even though I'm in summer weather we've been okay with the weather, there's definetly warmer weather like today where it's 38 degrees celcius which is roughly 100 Fahrenheit but it's...
The sprays kind of expensive where I live so I have to wait till next week to get it as I have no money and that's when my dad gets paid so he's told me he'll buy it and we'll begin the process :)
The little one has been much better today, I spoke with the vet and he's advised me to change there food back to what they were eating because that is most likely the cause due to Mums poo also changing from the food change. And see how we go. I loosely tied some ribbon around each of their...
