    Red spot on skin

My male cat, two yrs old, has developed a spot that looks somewhat like a scab on the top of his neck. He doesn't meow when it is touched and his behavior hasn't changed at all. I originally noticed it about a week ago, but last night I noticed that it had bled a little. I am thinking it could...

Post your 'no no bad cat' pics here

Oh...gosh, I really need to go out and get some batteries for my camera. I am about to introduce Julia, our new kitten, to Fritz (our resident cat). They are sooo excited. Hopefully Julia's cold will end soon

    Science Diet Opinion?

I have found that my cats prefer the smellier foods to the not-so smelly ones. Luckily there are some higher quality, smelly food, PetGuard's Premium feast is a fav right now. They are also fond of the Pet Gold brand. I was told to stay away from the SD.

He'll run/leap after it into the bathtub, kill it, and then drag it into the living room, drop it and leave it for me to pick it up and put it back into the bathroom. Right now, that is the only...

    New to the thread

This is such a great site! I am glad to have found it. I just started adopting! I am living in NYC with my wife and we adopted a beautiful, but skinny tux named Jacques. He quickly developed a bacteria after we brought him home. Despite the tremendous help from our adoption rep, agency, and vet...

    Syringe feeding help needed!

I had to go through about a week of hand/syringe feeding...and it is definitely not the easiest thing for you or the cat. I have found that it is easier to do alone rather than with two people trying to feed the cat (one holding, one feeding). I also found that holding the cat in your lap, with...
