I just want to say thank you for taking such a good care of your ragdoll. I have two of my own so I am guilty as charge to say they are awesome. I have learned the HARD WAY most people here just want to help you. Intentions are good.....keep that in mind when replies don't seem so.

Both my cats are thriving on CORE. I do mix CORE and TOTW dry and they love it. Never had a tummy problem. Phoebe is my underweight adoptee and I leave dry out all day so she can eat as often as she wants. Wet twice a day, and they only eat the sliced ones with gravy so my options are somewhat...

I am now mixing Taste of the Wild and Core. Core is way "stinkier"....the first time I opened the bag I was overwhelmed by the smell of all the protein. My cats love it and I can get a 5lbs TOTW for the price of the 2.2lb Core at a local pet store....a BIG difference

Same here. They are about 4mm wide, quite small. Buy the small bag (2.2lbs I think) just in case. Good luck

I second all that. Halo is still a baby(4 month old) and sheds little. Phoebe has longer hair(even for a Ragdoll) and sheds a little more. I use the furminator once a week(sometimes twice) and it works wonders. Easy grooming for such furballs. I will notice their hair if I am wearing something...

Phoebe loves MeowMix, so it is part of her diet. She will only eat wet with gravy, so MeowMix Market Selects, Wholesome Goodness(also by MeowMix), and Nutro Pouches are a constant. She likes Wellness pouches too, but at a dollar a piece it gets quite expensive. I compensate by giving the TOTW...

I second on Cat Shows....we have Ragdolls, but husband fell in love with Maine Coons at our last show. Are you looking for a pet or you planning on showing? The reason I asked is because sometimes you can find a very nice retired queen or king up for adoption. I have a soft spot for retired breeders
