Question about reuniting feral cat with rescued 3 1/2 wk old kittens

Thanks for the input on this. I just wanted to let you know the kittens are doing well. The mom cat had no interest in being trapped, so the kittens are still being bottlefed. Hopefully the mama can be trapped and spayed soon!

need to get these cats trapped... and moved....

Try catnip -- we've just recently started using it on a colony with really hard to trap cats. Finally Big Grey Tom is fathering kittens no more! Make sure it's the really potent stuff, the kind that your own cats will break down doors to get at... GOOD LUCK!

Advice on getting an indoor semi-feral cat into a carrier

Thanks for the suggestions, I called my vet and he won't prescribe anything for a cat he hasn't seen. The vet tech said that maybe gravol would be okay. Any thoughts on that?

Advice on getting an indoor semi-feral cat into a carrier

Hi, I've offered to take in a semi-feral cat to work on socializing him. He's lived indoors since he was a kitten, but has never warmed up to humans. Right now he's living in a bedroom, mostly staying under the bed. He's started peeing on the bed so he needs to be moved asap. He's very trap...
