From what you have said it sounds really similar to the tube with the exception of express trains we don't have those. My dad has been to New york before so I assume he knows what to do.....atleast I hope he does.

We were always told by our vet to wait until they were about 4-5 months old before we had them neutered. I don't know anyone who had it done earlier.
