i have been feeding her every 4 hours n now she is lifeless just lay there breathing with a full looking stomach she has not wee or poo i cant afford vets at the moment sounds bad but really need some help n advice ive tryed her with water also has she was sick earlier throwing up milk :(

My kitten's 5 weeks old and she is lifeless not pooing or weeing. I've bottled fed her..I don't no what to do please help :(
