@CatPack all it says on the receipt the vet gave me for the test is "ova & parasites giardia elisa antech" if that means anything to you, i have no idea. @ReiKitty ive been giving him some pumpkin occasionally and i did have him on fortiflora for a bit as well. It didnt really seem to be helping...

@CatPack the vet sent away a fecal sample, which came back with the giardia. Is it possible that theres another parasite that wasnt found in his sample? Or maybe his intestines are damaged now? Since hes probably had the worms and giardia since birth. He didnt come from a very good situation...

@CatPack sorry, when i said one dose i did mean the 3 days. He was on metronidazole for a week aswell while the vet sent away his sample. He has also been on sulcrate for a week from a different vet that was unsure of what was going on with him

About a month ago i got a new kitten. he was approx 6 months old when i got him, and for as long as I've had him he's had softer poop. Being the usual paranoid person that i am i took him to the vet and found out he had tape worms and giardia. So hes been dewormed with milbemax and has had one...
