I'm gonna try to now. When I called a clinic they said maybe try to take the food away for awhile.

My cat just got fixed 2 days ago. I fed her some food when I got home from work and she instantly threw it up. Up until now she's been doing great with recovery. And is now currently purring herself to sleep on my lap. Should I be worried she threw up??
