Okay I was wondering about that as I went ahead and had him neutered yesterday (no UTI thank god ) I took him home last night and I did notice that the urine smell was still as strong as ever guess I'll just have to be patient Now I will just have to watch him hopefully he won't continue...

really? I did not know that why should I try to get a urine sample is this how they check to see if a cat has a UTI? he has an appointment tomorrow morning so assuming I am able to get a sample tonight would it be something I would want to store overnight in the fridge? well thats good news!
