I had no idea cats lived that long. That is encouraging. I also have a 2year old dog and sometimes i wonder if our cat will outlive our dog (boxer). I've heard that could be possible too.

We were planning on taking him to the vet. I just wanted to see if anybody else had the same situations with their cat(S)

I'm from ORegon and have a 15 year old cat who was a stray. and have had him for a long long long time. HE is a gray, and black stripped tabby cat.

my cat is also trying to eat the dog food. Its very hard to keep this cat away. i have to lead him to his food. And Yes their food is in seperate places. This cat is just acting different lately. But will eat its own food daily but often tries to eat the dogs food. Which i know now not good.

I was just curious how long do cats live? My cat is 15 years old.

I have a 15 year old cat who eats normally if not more. but is also very skinny. You can feel its spine and bones more recently. I just don't get it. We'll be taking the cat in. It still acts normal and eats normally. Just loosing weight that is not normal. Any THoughts. or anybody here have...
