I have rescued animals for many long years - Started out doing so about around age 12 and I'm in my 50's now. So many paws have I touched , loved and wept for. One of my special babies was born with very short front paws - no forarms. His chest was a bit out of shape and his meow sounded more like a Tribble from Star Trek. He wasn't expected to live much longer than 4 yrs old, he passed away March 2017 , at the age of 23 yrs of age. He was loved and he loved back and he never noticed he was disabled. Snowflake followed him to the rainbow bridge in April the same year, Snowflake had sinus tumors that were unoperable. He died shortly after being diagnoised.
Since then, Rascal chose his new mommy, and a friend of mine loves him to bits, so when she moved to her own place, Rascal went too. I am now looking to find Velcro, Stormy and Little Miss their Forever Home. I brought their mom in before she popped. This is the only litter she's had, that lived. She had 5 and we are keeping 2, due to their temperment. Plus find Mystic - birth mom a new home.
