Sorry for the late reply...- The doctor didn't give me any medicine as he said the injury is not serious. Although he suggested me to keep her inside, something which I did for a while. The cat is fine now and I've released her in my yard as I can't keep her inside any longer.

I went to the car today only to find that the kitten had left. I searched the area, but I did not find it.((I'm glad I searched the area as I captured a dove which is really sick and did not attepmt to fly away/ or even move away from me.)). I'll search again later, but I doubt I will find it...
