I am in the U.S. So if my cat really likes Applaws, what else should I feed her? Would adding Fancy Feast be sufficient?

I honestly think my cats saw ghosts in my old apartment. They would lay in bed at night and look all around the room, like they were watching something. It was pretty freaky. I woke up a number of times around 3 am (hour of the dead) because they were meowing and looking all around the room.

I have 3 cats (8, 6, and 1). My oldest cat has been losing a lot of fur on her belly, and she has some bloody spots/sores, too. I finally found a natural canned food that she likes (Applaws). It's not cheap, but I'm willing to spend the money to help her get healthy.  Because I've had to feed...

I don't think she has hearing or vision problems...If I call out "nummies" she comes running from any corner of the house. When I took her outside the other day, she spotted a cat from a few yards over.
