    Old cat new kitten?

I have an elderly cat, she's a rescue cat and doesn't like any elderly cats that are likely to fight with her. However I have just got a new job and I am worried that she will now get quite lonely. A cat owner near me has another female cat that has just recently given birth to a litter of...

    Cat Constantly Weeing on Herself

Ok, erm, so what do you think I can do to help her tonight then? Is it at all likely to go away on its own (not that I don't want to take to the vets I'm just curious, in case I didn't notice it as it was rare for me to of been down at that time and I'm wondering what if?)

    Cat Constantly Weeing on Herself

Thank you for your responses, does a UTI tie in with the few wees she had before tonight or is that a separate thing? between the two wee smells she was using the litter tray fine. Also it's nearing 1am so I can't get her to a vet for several hours yet is there anything you can recommend to make...

    Cat Constantly Weeing on Herself

Hello, in the past hour my cat has starting very oddly. She was up on the kitchen worktops which she normally does but then right in front of me she started to take a wee on my peg bag. This is despite her litter tray being a very short distance away. So I picked her up and put her in her...

Hi, Happy Easter Thank you for informing me on what the vet can actually do for him. I didn't know they could do all that! I'm now currently having a little save up for the vets trip to see what he thinks, and for all the required toys, carry case... that sorta thing (I don't drive lol) to try...

    Very Thin Cat..

he was neuterd a long time ago. He hardly goes to the vets hes just too scard. He was the first cat in the history my vet's place to need three people to hold him down for an injection so we decided due to his stress levels to only take him in for emergancys. He was shaking afterwards for a long...

    Very Thin Cat..

Hi, first of all sorry for the length... This seems ironic due to the fact my last thread was my big fat lazy cat, but well the thing is I have two cats, at two different houses lol. My first cat Gizzy was out playing in the street doing his usual tart-let thing; trying to get attention from...

    chilled water ok?

My cat NEVER drinks water from his water bowl. It's always the fish pond which is like a stream and constantly moving (maybe it tastes of fish) or the running bath tap. But he wont drink the water properly until its cooled off a bit. I wish he would drink out of a bowl but he just refuses! lol...

    Chiclet's tail is too skinny??

My cat eats a lot of dry food there's always some out because hes so fussy about when he eats (usually when i want to be asleep!!) just wondering there's no sores or pimples on the skin or anything. Id recommend watching how you cat interacts with his tail in case he does seem to over clean...

    Chiclet's tail is too skinny??

I don't know if this is relevant. But my cat Gizmo had a similar problem on the back of his legs. For some reason he just started to go bald. He has now got a downy white fur over parts of his baldness but some just is still bald :S ... does Chiclet over lick his tail? or gnaw at it at all...

Yesterday at feeding time i tried to coax her to move by moving the bowl out of its nomal place and she would eat itwithin a 6 step radius but after that she would rather lie in bed! Only venturing out to reach it when she's finnaly resigned to fact that the food isnt going...
