A couple of years ago we used Fronline on an indoor/oudoor cat and it worked like a charm. No more 'spazzingout and chewing on himself" as another user wrote on a different flea forum. I know I'm asking a LOT from a product if I continue to let my cat go in and out at will, but he is/WAS a stray...
