I am wondering if it could possibly be Gingival Hyperplasia? Seeing as it is not red

Thank you. I am bringing her to the vet Monday. Do you think they will have to pull all of her teeth?

She does not seem to react when I touch her gums. She was hurt a few years back and broke a few teeth. Could this be an infection or something worse? I am going to the vet Monday but really want some advice before hand.  Im so nervous

Im wondering if this is a sign of something very serious? I know the black dot it acne... but are the gums an infection or something worse? I hope someone has some answers to give me a peice of mind before the vet monday. Im very worried.
