No he is not declawed

we had 2 cats before we moved into a smaller space. the 3rd cat was a preexisting cat. they get along well

not for this issue. before we downsized we had 3 cat boxes and he would just go on the floor right next to them and not in them even tho they were maintained. Could it be he just does not like the cat litter? or were it is placed?

there are 3 cats and 2 cat boxes and he was doing this before we were forced to down size. he poops next to the cat box as well

i have a cat that refuses to use the cat box. he will not use it if there is one pile in the cat box, last night he decided to go on the rug. we have used a different brand as well.
