you need to get your cat on Rx Hills S/D (wet and dry) for at least a few weeks after his procedure. .. it actually helps to dissolve any more crystals. I still mix some in with my boy's Royal Canin SO even 2 months later, just to be sure. It's more of a short term diet, not meant to be...
