    hello!

Thank you! :) Maybe someday I'll go for the full set... but for now 2 is about as much as I can handle! They are very playful and energetic.   The food is a bit of a challenge. They are kinda picky, but I'm working with them on it! Aw, that's cute. I don't know what is up with mine. Sometimes...

Transitioning two picky cats to raw

Thanks for your thoughts, peaches. :) I just started feeding them FF a few weeks ago, actually, so I don't think it's that. For a long time I fed them only the premium good stuff -- EVO, Dick Van Patten's NB, etc. -- and then Whole Foods came out with a grain-free line of cat food, so I was...

Transitioning two picky cats to raw

Hi everyone  I am going to be transitioning my two cats (Godric and Rowena) to homemade raw. Currently they eat a big rotation of canned food. They used to eat meals of whatever we put in front of them, but Rowena ate faster than Godric and started stealing his food -- so we started using...

So I have a new kitty...I named him Freckles

I just wanted to pop in and say that one of my kitties has a freckle on her iris, but that she is totally fine and it is nothing to worry about (says the vet). So they can be totally benign! Good to hear Freckles is doing so well!

    hello!

Hello all, I'm pretty new on this forum and just wanted to say hi. My babies are Godric and Rowena. I joined because I'm going to be feeding them a homemade diet (grinder arrived today!!) and this forum seems like a great source of info. :)

raw ground: how much does it cost, how much time does it take - my experience

Hello everyone who makes their own ground food. :) How do you account for bone in recipes that use beef and pork? I'm going to be transitioning my kitties to a raw ground diet and have thus far been unable to find any recipes that aren't chicken, turkey, or rabbit. Thanks!
