I use an Oxo Good Grips plastic one. When i'm done with it i clean it with white vinegar to disinfect it. 

I give my kitty whole small fish like butter fish. She eats the head and bones and all :) I figured she doesnt need fish oil if shes eating fish right? lol

Thanks for that article. That might be an option. Shes the only cat though so I dont think the issue is that shes uncomfortable. I feel like she would HATE being crate trained but i'll keep it in mind if it continues haha.
