Update.... Mischief is healing up nicely and may come home today.

UPDATE... mischief went back to the vet last Sat and they removed what stitches were still intact and placed some sort of bandage on him. He has been staying at the vet and is healing nicely and full of spunk. He's getting a lot of attention and love from the vet staff. He's going to be OK. :)

No. It wasn't on the incision it was around it. He's at the vet new getting a bandage stitch.

I put some deodorant around it and wiped down feliway on his Wubbie

my indoor cat got out and was attacked. He had emergency abdominal surgery and had to take him in again due to him chewing on his stitches. They removed them then had to take him back that night due to him splinting open his incision. I've tried distraction and soft collar to get him to stop...
