Well we have had the kitties 4 months now and the dog hates them just as much today as the day we brought them in. I probably should not have gotten the kitties, but we do love cats, as much as the dog. I will keep working on him but don't see ever trusting him in the house with them. Maybe...
Well, I read your articles and I see it will not be possible with mine, I don't believe. He is a daschund and a born killer. He brings things he kills to the porch often. He has not been in obedience school and is the most disobedient dog I have ever seen. We are his 4th home.
Thank you...
Is there any way to socialize a 7 year old daschund with 7 month old kitties? This is driving me nuts. I hate to keep the dog crated all the time because of the dog and today I was holding hime to see what would happen and they sniffed noses and he snapped at the cat, not touching but...
I am treating 2 kitties and do not know when to retreat. We have been working on this for at least 3 months and I am ready to start giving wormer by the week to see if I can get them really cleaned out. Any suggestions? Mine came in a blister pack with no instructions either.

Thank you all for all this information. It is going to help tremendously, I can tell!!!
My kitties are indoor only and I use a liner in the litter box. I do scoop it daily and use the clumping litter, if that matters. In any event this helps me know I am getting it good and clean daily.

I have used DE in the past, but did not know there was a food grade of this. I used it in the yard, but didn't feel like it worked. Maybe I did not give it a fair chance.
Thanks,
Mickee
I am switching to Revolution instead of Advantage which I have been using. So If I understand correctly they will be wormed monthly with Revolution and I should be worm free??? They have the ones that look like rice.

HELP!!!
My kitties have worms again!!! I cannot get this worm thing under control. We have been tested and treated by the vet at least 5 times now and cannot get rid of them.
What is necessary to be worm-free? We did the gooie yellow stuff in the syringe, the pills, shot, and each time...
oh, o.k. I am thinking of trying one of these mentioned as I don't seem to be getting rid of the worms, but have not decided on which one yet.
Thanks for all the information!!!!
So you are pleased with the Revolution I take it. I am really thinking of trying a prescription type flea control. I really, really, really do not think they have fleas, but the litter box is the smelliest it has been and I read that could indicate worms and I have seen the evidence of the...
Here is a link for the Zodiac products:

I am surprised you have not heard of it. I have known about it for at least 20+ years. It has worked for me when others did not. I used frontline at a time period but went back to Zodiac as I felt it worked better with...
No, not that I am aware of. I use Zodiac one spot on their back and if I do see them scratch look them real good to see if I can find a flea, but so far I have seen none. We don't get bitten and in the past when I did get fleas in my house I always got bitten too. So I really do not think we...
